I'm actually amazed at how genuinely bad this film is. I understand it's a debut, it was made with no money and no trained actors. It's still awful. Occasionally, there are interesting conversations that bring the film above the level of complete and total juvenility (namely the
Return of the Jedi speech). For the most part, however, it's simply people calling each other puerile names interspersed with sex jokes. I was resolutely disappointed. There go my plans to see
Clerks II (or any other Smith film any time soon).
